My first encounter of this yummy snack was Thripathi , though we are jains we do pray all gods, for people living in chennai is visiting thripathi balaji temple is a mandatory. My father used to take us to this temple at least once a year after him didn’t really get a chance to go there. Am eagerly waiting for India trip so that I visit the temple and also taste the garam bhel which so popular in winter there, you can see many men having a garam pori basket set as i did the images which is just a miniature basket I have tried to place. Few days back we had this 5 days of black and white photography challenge and planned to set this miniature bhel basket and take the BW challenge for one day.
