Happy women’s day to all my dear readers 🙂 Am so proud to be a women and a salute to all the women’s who cross so many difficulties to come up in life. For this womens day I surely wanted to post a sweet as it a special occasion which is similar to any other festival i know all will agree to my point. And so I have here a easy to make qucik dessert which is integral part of every south indian home and this payasam is also made in other parts of India but has its own uniqueness . I have already shared Rice kheer ( My mom’s version), Paal Payasam In cooker version but still I wanted to share this payasam with cooked rice which is super quick. I know most of them would have given milk rice to their kids but making it in payasam adds the richness and yumminess which you all might like. Now lets move on to the recipe..
