Introduction

Ingredients
1 Cup wheat flour
½ cup Ghee
¾ cup Powdered Sugar
¼ cup Chopped almonds
¼ cup Dry coconut powder
2 pinch Cardamom powder
1 pinch pepper powder
Method Of preparation
- Heat the ghee in a deep pan. Add wheat flour and fry till it changes the color to brown.
- Switch off the flame & add powdered sugar, almonds, dry coconut powder, cardamom powder, pepper & mix well. Taste & adjust sweetness accordingly.
- While the mixture is hot, make lemon sized ladoos (can add little melted hot ghee if you are unable to make proper balls)
- Store in air tight container after cooling the ladoos to room temperature.
Variations
Can fry goond in ghee & add to the mixture for a healthier value & crunchy taste
