Mor kuzhambu is a mildly spice yogurt based gravy usually had with steamed rice. The very famous combo to go with the mor kuzhambu is paruppu usili. Paruppu usili is a very traditional south Indian curry prepared with lentils , they are steamed and crumbled, then are added to the sauteed vegetables. Mor kuzhambu is similar to the kadhi we make in north india but it is made by grinding some fresh ingredients and added to it. I have made this combo many time but haven’t blogged about it though .. You have to be careful while making mor kuzhambu , don’t let the boil a lot as they may curdle. This Combo meal is quite time consuming but the end product is what for we work a lot right. I make french beans usili always but this time made the usili with Asparagus. This is one classic combo my H loves a lot so lets move on to the recipe without any ado…Check out the Blogging Marathon page for the other Blogging Marathoners doing BM#45.
