Hara Bhara Kabab is an healthy and eye appealing starter very know for its bright green color and soft texture.I have seen them in most of the restaurants menu card and have been waiting to try it at home for very long, I made them last month and my H just finished them all without even leaving a morsel for me still am so happy it turned out yumm. As it looks attractive Go green in color it taste yumm and simple to make . Few days back I even happen to see them in a cookery show in VJ Tv I had almost similar recipe learned in my home science course. These Kababs sure is gonna attract you one the first look and will tempt you to finish them ( just happened at my home) . First Starter for the year from my blog , so with o further ado lets move on to the recipe.

Chaat Masala as needed
- Blanch the spinach in enough water and drain the the blanched spinach.
- In a blender blend spinach, coriander leaves, green chillies, Ginger,Cooked peas and blend them to a smooth paste.
- Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl add the green paste and mix them well.
- Add salt, amchur pd , besan and mix them well.
- Divide them to equal parts and make round disc shapes. Wet your hand a bit helps to shape the kabab with ease.
- Heat a griddle or Tawa place the shaped kabab cook them in medium flame on one side.
- Once you see golden brown color flip them and cook them the other side the same way.Drizzle oil as needed to turn the kababs golden brown from both sides.
- Serve them Hot , sprinkle chaat masala on it and goes well with chutney or sauce.
