Puffy Poori’s are always my fav with spicy curries. For a change I tried it more colorful way. If you have been to blog before you will know how well I connect with colorful dishes, I simply love any rainbow inspired food or colorful food attract me a lot. So I was planning to make poori on fine fine day had some spinach and beetroots ding !!! ( a bulb glows) and taadaaaa you can see the result. Pinwheel poori are now my fav. I wanted click them when they where till puffy but couldn’t succeed I had to take them any way. It is sure gonna attract kids as my kidoo was “wooowww I want to eat them now”, as she same as me loves anything which looks attractive. I know I have been not so regular in blogging but missed to blog every day.

Ingredients
- In 3 different bowl divide 1 cup of wheat flour .
- Add salt as needed in each bowl.
- In the first bowl knead the dough with water.
- In the second bowl knead the dough with spinach puree as needed.
- In the third bowl add beetroot puree respectively and knead the dough.
- First roll the Green, Red and plain dough with a rolling pin like a roti.
- First place the green , then plain and red one . Roll the 3 stacked dough tightly from one side to the edge.
- Now cut into equal size pieces , you can see the nice pinwheel shapes .
- Heat oil in a kadai and keep it ready
- Now roll each cut pieces like a poori . Slide in the rolled poori in hot oil and press them lightly with perforated ladle till they puff.
- Then flip and cook for few minutes. Now drain the oil and transfer them too a tissue paper / Kitchen towel.
- Enjoy them with aloo masala or any spicy gravy.
