Fruit custard is one dessert I have been enjoying from my childhood as mom used to make this most of the time and we used have it with banana and then when I was studying home science this was one dessert or fruit salad I learn’t the proper way. This is my fav dessert and it is perfect to prepare when you have guest at home and you have to prepare a huge meal , this dessert can be made ahead and kept in the refrigerator as it is served chilled. This is to celebrate my first media mention in aval kitchen in this months edition. Am happy that I shared my 20 recipes drinks and summer special recipes in this popular tamil magazine , thank you every one for the continuous support and feel so happy to share my joy here. I prepared this fruit custard to share for the magazine . Here is the glimpse of the magazine , yes it is a tamil magazine and am so happy to be a part of a cook book.
